At CNV, we work with women, children, young people, older people and LGBTQIA+ people who are experiencing family violence.

We also work with men who use violence, to support them in recognising and taking responsibility for their use of violence and the impacts this has on their family, including children, current or former partners.

Our integrated approach is key to how we support people.

By working with both victim survivors and people using violence, we are able to provide increased safety, participation and support for families and individuals impacted by family violence.

We acknowledge the LGBTQIA+ community and recognise the impacts of family violence in all relationships, and are committed to being an accessible, inclusive, and safe organisation.

We welcome and support people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities.

We are committed to increasing our awareness of gender identity and power whilst acknowledging the overwhelming impact and prevalence of family violence on women.
