Prevention Matters.

CNV is committed to advocating for legislative change to increase the safety and wellbeing of women, children and diverse communities who have or are experiencing family violence.

Utilising over 30 years of experience and expertise as Central Victoria’s leading family violence prevention and support service, we contribute to local, state, national and international dialogues on prevention.

CNV also provides a suite of family violence prevention and disclosure training for organisations and businesses in the Loddon region.

Please contact us for more information on how we can help your business become a safer workplace for your staff.

Our advocacy

CNV advocates for our clients and for system changes that will result in positive long-term outcomes and improved lives for victim survivors of family violence.

CNV takes a lead role in building community awareness of the impacts of family violence through a range of campaigns and activities such as International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, International Women’s Day, and LGBTQ Domestic Violence Awareness Day.
