We understand that asking for help for family violence can be daunting, but it’s ok to reach out. We’re here to help.

We take safety very seriously and promise to treat you as a person, not a number.

CNV is an inclusive service. We welcome and support people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities. We will do our best to tailor our support to your needs as much as possible, including the needs of accompanying children and young people.

Our programs for victim survivors are voluntary. This means we provide you with a range of programs free of charge. You can engage with us at any time throughout your personal journey and you can exit our service at any time.

When you engage with our programs, you will be provided with high level specialist family violence support including responses tailored to individual needs and circumstances through client-centred approaches. We advocate for people with lived experience to have their voices heard, while upholding safety and confidentiality as a priority.
