Safe, Thriving & Connected Therapeutic Clinician - Echuca

As a Therapeutic Clinician, you will:

• Provide high quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adult and child victim-survivors.
• Conduct specialised assessments, including therapeutic readiness and risk considerations.
• Develop clear, collaborative treatment plans that support healing and resilience.
• Facilitate individual and group therapeutic programs.
• Work closely with consortium partners to ensure integrated and culturally safe client support.
• Contribute to service improvement, evaluation and best practice development across the therapeutic stream.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Clinically confident, reflective and committed to ongoing growth.
• Skilled in trauma-informed practice, with experience supporting both adults and children.
• Grounded in feminist practice and understands the gendered nature of family violence.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, values driven organisation.
• Committed to cultural safety, including working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and diverse communities.
• Motivated by meaningful therapeutic work rather than high volume case turnover.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in therapeutic practice.
